Our unique home has a style all its own. Built in the 1800's, we like to call it the original Franklin Tiny Home! You will be close to all of the things Franklin has to offer, like the College, Coffee Shops, Antiques and plenty of dining options within a few blocks from you!

Our tiny home has everything you need to get away and unwind from your daily life. Even though it's small, you will feel right at home. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit or soak in the Hot Tub.

My wife and I were visiting family. The home was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Nice amenities. Host was very responsive.
PERFECT for our long weekend get-away. The house is so charming and thoughtfully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet with private off-street parking. The brick street leads directly to town which is walking distance to shops, antiques, restaurants and ice cream ! I love reading about the history of the house, which was traced back to the 1800's. We had an amazing stay --- Thank you Josh !
