A small collection of homes for the city we actually live in.

short-term stays across Indianapolis, Franklin, French Lick, and beyond. Each one chosen, designed, and looked after by a local team that's been here long before the convention crowd arrives, and is still here on Monday morning.

We love it here.

That part isn't marketing.

Indianapolis is the kind of city you have to actually visit to understand. It's the brick and limestone of Mass Ave on a Friday night. It's the quiet of the Cultural Trail at 7am. It's St. Elmo's shrimp cocktail that makes grown men sweat. It's the second-loudest stadium in the NFL when the Colts are home, and a Pacers crowd that doesn't sit down. It's race weekend in May, when the whole state shows up. It's a city built for people who'd rather skip the line than wait in it.

Every home in our portfolio is within a fifteen-minute drive of something we'd send our own friends to. Most are within a fifteen-minute walk.

We love it here.

“Adorable place with a surprising amount of room. We loved staying there & would definitely recommend & return anytime. Just be careful with the walk around to the back if you're coming in after dark, but otherwise its a perfect, clean little spot on a quiet street with friendly neighbors.”

“Our multi-families group including a toddler and infant had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed in such idyllic surroundings, but with the convenience of being close to the city. The pool was the perfect temperature and we loved getting to say hi to the cows in the pasture. Josh was very responsive and helpful when needed!”

“Great except the a/c was very loud!! Josh was attentive but it won’t be fixed until next week.”
