Everything was super great, we had absolutely zero issues with the place. Check in was easy and clear and we had everything we needed during our stay

This is a great house close to downtown--especially perfect for those traveling with their dogs. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed three nights with family (grandparents and young kids) over Indy 500 weekend. The host was responsive: sent a plumber same-day to fix the toilets and a cleaner with supplies, but the stay was disappointing. The townhome wasn't properly cleaned or prepared. Of 1.5 baths, one toilet didn't work and the other barely flushed. Even after cleaning, bathrooms had hair on the floors and the house wasn't vacuumed. The kitchen was unusable: dirty dishes and utensils, only two glasses (chipped), no paper towels/napkins, a sink that barely ran. Had to buy our own cups and tablecloth. Other issues: broken glass on the kids' room floor, a previous guest's laundry left in the dryer, bedding on a dusty basement floor, a dirty fridge, and no toiletries or detergent at check-in. The house feels hastily prepped for Airbnb: fresh paint over an unrenovated structure. Despite the host's responsiveness, cleanliness and preparation were below acceptable standards. We can't recommend it for families.
