The location is very convenient for downtown, Fountain Square, and Bottleworks. Easy street parking. Having a washer and dryer are a plus.
Fantastic spot for my work weeks, had everything I needed and more, super great for my dog too who travels with me. Josh was super communicative and easy to get ahold of!
The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, even with neighbors and dog upstairs. There was a plumbing issue during our stay, which Josh offered to have fixed immediately. The location is great for urban-loving guests, perfectly located to enjoying all that Indy has to offer. May is definitely a great time to visit Indy—the city is Indy 500 mad the whole month and there is so much to do. Will definitely return to this apartment.
