Bathrooms: You'll find clean and well-maintained bathrooms for your convenience. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided, so you can travel light.
Outdoors:

Patio: Our outdoor patio space is a fantastic spot to enjoy the fresh air. Whether you want to sip your morning coffee, enjoy the gas firepit, have a BBQ, or stargaze at night, this area is all yours. You might even see the neighbors chickens scratching around in the yard, haha.

Yard: If you have little ones or simply enjoy outdoor activities, our spacious yard is perfect for some fun and games.

We are just 5 minutes to French Lick Resort and Casino and 5 minutes from Lake Patoka. There is room to park your boat!

Our home has three bedrooms. Two of them have queen beds the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a trundle, along with an air mattress that sleeps an eighth person.

If our schedule allows, we do offer an optional early check in for $25 per hour for up to 2 hours.

Southern Indiana is known for their mineral water, our home is no exception! There is sulphur in the water down here so there is smell. It is clean and filtered. We do recommend bringing your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the smell.

Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We recommend opting in for the Travelers Insurance. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.
